FAQ
Yes. Pilos only changes how a page is displayed in your own browser — the same way reader modes, zoom or ad blockers do. Nothing changes on the site’s servers or for anyone else.
Pilos checks your changes on every visit. If a site redesign breaks something, you’ll see “Layout broke? Fix it” — one tap and Pilos repairs it. On Pro, it fixes itself automatically.
Always. Every change is a switch you can flip off, the last change can be undone in one click, and you can reset a site to its original look at any time.
No. Pilos sends the page’s structure — layout and element types — and, when it builds something out of a site’s own data, the addresses that data comes from and the names of its fields. Never the text, photos, names or any value on the page. Your changes, and any notes you write, are stored in your browser.
